I was disappointed. The battery barely lasts at all and I feel like I’m charging it waaay more than I should have to

I ordered this expecting it to arrive in about a week, but it ended up taking almost 3 weeks. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just left wondering where my order was. The product itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping experience really annoyed me. it’s hard to trust their delivery estimates after this.

I picked up a helmet and some pads from OutdoorMaster, and overall they’re alright. They feel comfortable enough and seem like they’ll do the job for casual riding, but the padding was a little thinner than I thought it’d be. The sizing was also a bit off for me, so that was kind of annoying. For the price, it’s not a bad buy at all, I just wish everything felt a bit more sturdy. Shipping was totally fine though.

I reached out about a warranty issue and expected some basic help, but the whole thing just dragged on. The replies were slow and didn’t really answer my questions, so it felt like I was being brushed off until I gave up. Disappointing experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I bought this from outdoormaster it seemed good at first. I was expecting it to hold up for at least a decent amount of time given the price, but after just a few weeks the stitching started coming loose. It’s not completely unusable, but I was definitely hoping for better durability

I kept having to repeat myself, and it felt like no one was actually reading what I’d written. On top of that, they never made it clear what I was supposed to do next or when I could expect an update. I just felt stuck the whole time. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I was expecting the stuff on outdoormaster.com to look a bit more modern, but a lot of the designs just felt kind of outdated and basic to me. The color choices were also odd, and some of them didn’t really give off that clean outdoor look I was hoping for.

A few items looked okay in the small photos, but once I looked closer, they came off bulky and kind of cheap. On top of that, the reminder emails and notifications felt way too aggressive, like they kept pushing me to come back before I’d even decided if I liked anything. Not really my style, and I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they update the look.

I bought this from outdoormaster.com mainly for the inflation feature, and it didn’t really live up to what I was hoping for. A friend had recommended getting an electric pump to make setup easier, so I thought this would save me some time, but it took way longer than expected to get my board inflated and it started getting hot quickly.
The pressure reading didn’t seem totally accurate either, so I ended up checking it with another gauge just to be safe. For the price, I expected something a lot more reliable and easier to use. I probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: my box took way longer to arrive than expected, and I barely got any clear updates along the way. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on, so I’d be cautious if you need your delivery by a certain date.

The second I put them on, I was like, nope. Everything looked blurry and unclear, and I was disappointed right away. Not happy with them at all.

I found the gear I needed quickly, and checkout took around a minute or so. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience.

I picked up these goggles from outdoormaster.com mainly because the anti-fog feature sounded like a big selling point. they were disappointing. The first day started out fine for maybe an hour, but after that they kept fogging up on pretty much every lift ride, and I wasn’t even skiing that aggressively. I’d wipe them down and they’d be clear for a few minutes, then fog right back up. The fit was decent and they looked good, but if a product is advertised as anti-fog, I think it’s only fair that it actually holds up in normal use. Overall, not really what I expected

I got annoyed fast. I couldn’t find what I needed without clicking around forever, and I don’t have the patience for that.

Overall, it fits well once I get it adjusted, and I do like how it feels when everything is in place. The only thing that bugs me is the straps can be kind of annoying to mess with sometimes, especially if I’m trying to adjust them quickly. Still, it’s not a bad product, and once it’s set up right, it does the job fine...

I ordered what was supposed to be a black ski helmet, but a blue one showed up instead. The size was fine, so at least that part was right, but the color was completely wrong. Customer service got back to me after like 2 or 3 days, then I had to send a couple pictures and wait some more. Not a total disaster, just kind of a hassle.

I picked up a pair of ski goggles from OutdoorMaster and, they feel really solid for what I paid. The lens is clear, and the strap doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. I’ve used them a few times now and haven’t had any issues. The only minor thing is the packaging was basic, but the goggles themselves are really good. I’d buy them again

I was hoping for more options, but the selection felt really small and kind of boring. I don’t need endless choices or anything unnecessary, but a little more variety would’ve made a big difference.
